Update: In Spring 2022, the support window was extended to 2033. We should feel fairly safe with the expectation that it will be extended to 2034 next year.
I was just checking the 12.2 Information Center (Doc ID 1581299.1), and decided to click through to read the full article for Continuous Innovation for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 and discovered that it was updated this in March 2021 to add an additional year of support.
Here is the current support timeline from that article:
Notice that if you are still on 12.1.3, you only have support until the end of the year unless your company wants to pay for market driven support.
